           Our Sales Policy

 

Purchases by Check, Check card or Credit Card

 

·        Proper ID w/Photo must be presented with transactions made with checks, check cards and credit cards during “walk-in” purchases

·        Telephone orders may be placed by calling our Order Department at 410-323-1282

·        Returned checks will incur a $25.00 Fee

·        Payment for mail orders made with check or money order may be sent to:

Layaways

     ·        Not to exceed 90 days.

·        Deposit of at least 30% must be made in order to layaway an item. 

·        Cancellations will incur a 15% charge.

·        Items will be ready for pickup or delivery once payment is received in full.

 

Returns

·        Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

·        Defective returns will receive a replacement of original item purchased.

 

Shipping

     ·        Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order

·        Internet Purchases will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed

·        Check & Money Order purchases will ship as soon as payment is received
